Delivery Instructions

Please leave your empty jars by 10am on your doorstep on your delivery date. If you choose to refill your own container, we will refill them directly on premise when we arrive. Otherwise, we will leave your pre-refilled container at your doorstep.

If you live in a condo, make sure you leave your buzzer number when placing your order, we will buzz you when we arrive for you to place your empty jar at your door. If you have special delivery instructions, please provide them when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate you.

You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.
