Do you have jar deposit system?

No, we don’t have jar deposit system. At refillme, we try to encourage you to reuse your own containers and/or obtain the repurposed ones we offer for the products you want to refill. Refilling your own containers instead of getting a new one each order is a step in the right direction for reducing and reusing. For your convenience, we also have reusable branded glass jars available for purchase with your refill. 

What is a repurpose container?

In an effort to delay containers and packaging reaching landfills, we accept used containers and packaging, sanitized them properly, and give them a second life offering them as an option for your refills and/or packaging for our deliveries.

What can I do with the refillme lid if I want to order a different refillable product next time?

Don’t worry, we got you covered! We will replace the lid for a new one with the description of the product you order in your next refill, and reuse the old lid after it goes through our sanitation process.

Can I cancel or change my order after placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please do it as soon as possible, we do not accept cancellations or changes made within 24 hours prior designated delivery day. Cancellations are eligible for refund minus a restocking fee of 10%. For more details, please go to our Refund Policy

What COVID precautions are you taking to keep customers and workers safe?

Refillme is committed to protecting the health and safety of our team members, customers, and everyone around us during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to do so, we practice the following steps:

-Provide and have all team members wear face coverings at all times.

-Frequently clean and disinfect surfaces repeatedly touched by our team members and/or customers.

-All team members should wash their hands (i) before entering our facility, (ii) before and after of stocking or rearranging shelves, (iii) before preparing orders, (iv) before leaving our facility.

-Implement physical distancing practices in all communal work areas.

-Drivers will be wearing masks and practice social distancing when delivering, and sending text alerts when deliveries have arrived.

-Sanitizing containers on the spot before (i) refilling them, (ii) leaving them at their door.

-Instruct all team members to stay home if (i) they have any symptoms, (ii) have been in contact with anyone that tested positive or (iii) has returned to the country within the past 14 days.
